Spec Changelog
Each version of the spec keeps a permanent page. A rating should be read against the version named in its file's spec field. The latest version is always at /spec/.
Version 0.1
- First draft.
- Three positions: Maintainer Expertise (A–E), AI Share (0–4) and Oversight (a–e).
- The ACR.md file, with required rating, spec and updated fields and an optional scopes field, plus a short plain-English paragraph about how AI is used.
